Carr Mechanical Services offer over 20 years experience in the industry. What you need to know about us is that we service and repair a wide range of outdoor power equipment, farm machinery, small construction equipment and motorcycles.

We have a fully equipped workshop with the latest diagnostic tools to keep your equipment (chainsaw, motorcycle, mini digger, lawn mower and more) running to its optimum. We also provide an on site service to reduce your down time; this means we can repair your machine wherever it is, at the job site or at home.

Stewart (our head technician) started his working career as a motorcycle mechanic. After completing his apprenticeship as a Light Engine Technician he was chosen to go to the USA to train at Factory Pro Tuning. While at Factory Pro Tuning he gained valuable experience in performance modifications and dyno tuning of motorcycles. Stewart has also worked with some of the worlds best stunt riders, at the Motorcycle Grand Prix, F1 Grand Prix and the World Superbike Championships.

Stewart has spent time in Mt Isa working underground as a diesel fitter on mining equipment. He is also factory trained in large and small Toro, Kohler, Stihl and Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha equipment as part of his work in the outdoor power industry.

Stewart draws on his wide range of skills and problem solving know-how to service and maintain your equipment. Whether your focus is keeping the grass down, taking off on the open road or through the bush, maintaining the pumps around the farm or preparing the oval for weekend sporting events, Stewart has the drive and professionalism to get the job done.

Stewart also has a love and appreciation for the older things in life, he is a committee member of the Morris Minor Car Club of Victoria and owns a few of these classics.
